What: The concept

The Kunterbunt family meeting is a place where children can play freely and parents have the opportunity to exchange ideas. The focus for the children is on selected, diversity-conscious toys, sensory development and elements from Montessori and Pikler education.

There is a small library with thematically appropriate books on the topics of diversity and the critique of racism.

Every family is welcome here. We especially address families whose children are potential victims of discrimination and/or racism. We want to give empowerment and be allies. Our children should understand diversity as valuable and important and have access to it at an early age.

We are trying very hard to have a barrier-free entrance, but registration (see below) would be an advantage so that we can guarantee this.
